    It does very well , even here in DE lol I did not see the before but I did hear and see the after effects of on idiot who could not read the sign that said "No Parking" not to be fair it was not for snow fall it was for the large sliding door that it was attached to. Well we had , had some snow about 3 inches but we also had what is usually what we get an ice storm on top of the snow. About mid day we were grabbing a coffee break and heard this extremely loud whump and the sound of glass breaking .. We go out side thinking accident on our driveway and nope across the way there is a now very short 1993 Mazda RX7 . Seems the snow on the metal roof had been warmed enough to let loose and came down right on top of it lol . The guy came out and was pissed the SP's showed up and that made him even more mad lol when they pointed to the sign and gave him a ticket while waiting for the tow truck. On a guess it was probably 3 plus stories up to that roof and a section about 50 foot wide and 30 foot tall came down all at once lol .

    On a guess area depending the numbers are about 30 percent higher depending on type , material and color etc

    Yep and not have to worry about it while I still have my faculties lol

    Yes my dad had nice 3d ? architectural shingles put on 8 years ago .. they failed in 3 years the company said they were installed wrong etc they curled at the edges they also stated they were installed unheated space an that with the sun received caused them to curl..The installer was certified by then and showed them how they were installed and even then they went nope . Yeah he did not win , there is now a metal roof on the house lol

    See above reference Mazda Compression test :}

    Umm I did not hit the mega bucks or any other lottery and even if I did I would not spend that on a roof lol

    Probably right but there will be holes in it if they tried and I am home and they won't be screw holes !! lol

    I might just do that now , first time in 14 years I have ever had to clean them they are seamless so I am thinking the combo of the aggregate build up holding the leaves is why they clogged but not sure.

    Yep see above lol :}

    I had the roof put on my house by a roofing contractor I use at work.. In the last 10 years (just ran the numbers.....trendline for budgeting purpose) I did just north of $940,000 business with him.

    He can give me a new house roof every few years and still make it pencil out.

    My homeowners ins. is written by the agent who carries our property and liability ins at work. We made him a millionaire. They'll pay off at the drop of a hat.

    One thing I DON'T worry about.
