Lol yeah we get that too, a buddy lives less then 3 miles from me as the crow flies. He has called me and I him and warned of a gully washer coming and tada it takes a left hook or right and never get a drop lol.

Good Morning Everyone !!!

Currently 0932hrs 54° clear skies and high temp of 60° today

 

Since we live on the rim of the 1st, I'm having the ac serviced while the weather is cool.

 

I’ve seen it rainin on the other side of the street before.

 

Must be a year or 2 older than me. I remember the funeral. Mom crying and telling me to sit down and watch it. I remember the horses. It was a few years after that I saw my first color TV.

Rain has been working on the snow and it is almost gone. Finally exposed most of the leaves in the yard. They are heavy and wet and laugh at the leaf blower. Rake, ice, snow and wet leaves suck. My arms ache. It is after noon now so thinking I should go into town and pick up some type of pain relief, it is not too early for a drink now and too late for more coffee. Not likely going to get another shot at the leaves until Spring though.

 

Alieve seems to be a new "must have" for me lately.

Hydrocodone and extra-strength Tylenol for this kid in a few minutes.

Warden's letting me out for a bit here soon; hitting a flea market and Bed Bath and Beyond for a new bathroom scale - woo-hoo!

 

Im in the dog house, my wife was very persistant that I get the leaves up yesterday, so i went hunting!! now it has rained on them, i think there pretty laying in the yard. back at work now and im goin to hunt some next week too!
