I have 30 computers I don’t need no skill to drive anymore..

 

I wonder how much time he saved getting where he was going. Knuckleheads, 4 WD will just get you in more trouble if you are not careful.

And be very careful that you have right of way for both access and utilities access , years ago not sure if it is still going on there was always ad's for land in Aroostook county Maine . Lots of very nice land lots around lakes and ponds.. However, unless you did do diligence you would not find out yeah you bought the land and you had road access to it however, you were not entitled to rights of way for utilities nor would the other property owners around you grant those rights of way. @Tacoma Mike may be able to say if it is still going on .

You are correct. There are also plots of land for sale however useless as for various reasons they cannot be built on. I’m sure that not a problem in this situation.

 

Or mineral rights.
