I'll get some shots of their area one of these days (should "they" get their shit together and we go back to work). One of the main spots is a fire mitigation area that burned out a few years back and was replanted with cottonwood and willow. They fall a few trees every now and then and you can see the tail drags where they come up out of the water. Otter is more scarce but you can see them swimming occasionally while they're hunting.

First of all, i would guess you already are in hiding

Wife wants to see her friends, they are in Florida to boston, so everywhere.
Wife is going in a few weeks, she didn't even invite me. Her friend is going with her. She looked at me and said, "oh sorry, did you want to go?"

I may have left some scat in DV :anonymous:

    Story:
Husband and I were backpacking in Glacier NP, late May, some snow still at high elevations, but some trails were clear. About 5 miles into a 7 mile trip, walked thru a aspen area that had been damn near cleared by beavers. I was like a 4 year old at Christmas. LOOK! Look at this!?!? Get my picture with these!! The stumps were chest high! I was amazed at how tall these beaver were!

We walked on towards our camp. I rattled on and on the rest of the miles about those damn huge beavers. Constantly scanning around hoping to catch a glimpse of one. We get to camp, Im still blathering on. Husband gently pats my shoulder, trying to calm me and softly whispers "Its ok honey. Really. You do know there was about 3 feet of snow on the ground until just a few days ago, right?"

Ass. Talk about total let down...
