The more strings generally the fuller the sound. More blended.
My guitars are based on a 25 inch scale. Some are longer, some shorter. The cool thing on mine is I can change string combinations and make it more bass or treble. I like more thump on Gohan but the next one will be a resonator so the string combo will be more geared to a sharper tone

 

It's hard to cut the apron strings, but they have to learn sometime to swim. If you have pushed and pulled them a long the whole time, well lets just say they can go under a time or two until they get it together.

I tried to tell my younger son to watch his $$ and he didn't. Too many available credit cards and he had them all at the max. Took until he was about 25 to realize how tough they are to pay off. Now he has no debt other than student loans, car and house.

Boy I wanted to. But it was a serious question so no screwing around.

 

Evening all. Good and bad day. Performed the usual few miracles today doing the impossible starting at O'dark thirty. Tired and whipped, but got to work from home today. Oldest dog is on the edge, actually over it surprised he has lasted this long over the last 4 months thought the end was near more days than not. Starting about 4:30 this afternoon he let loose with no control and been cleaning house, him and doing a rinse and repeat. Going to give him a few more days and been doing that for months now. But you reach a point that it doesn't do anyone any favors, it is a hard fine line that I hate.

Have to go in tomorrow and sit in meeting after meeting. Then taking the young pup to play in the water doing triple retrieves after work. Hoping I don't have to come home to a mess and will run back a couple of times if I can to take care of the old man.

Look out world. Someone is in a foul mood this morning. Just sayin.....

Up and down all night. One of our dogs was sick. I was elected official dog nurse. Wife had to sleep because she's on vacation until next Tuesday. Follow that logic? Neither did I.

Gonna be a grump all day. Just warnin' ya'all.

 

Happy anniversary to my wife and best friend Carol. 38 years today. I still don't know why you said yes all those years ago. Love you always sweetie....
