Hey Chris, I forgot that you had tweaked your shoulder. It's a brutal injury that can take a long time to heal depending on what's wrong. Here's a link to a shoulder workout routine from Olympic kayak/canoe coach Davey Hearn. There's also a real good book called the 7 Minute Rotator Cuff Solution that has a lot of good information. i wish i could andy but like i told greg hopefully in a week i'll go back to work and i won't have that option. most people would never understand my work philosophy but raised by my grandfather he instilled in me that no job should ever be beneath me when it comes to supporting my family and i have always treated it as, i do what needs to be done my personal comfort is irrelevent. all i can do is try and get back to work and see what happens. with the combination of my back and what i do for a living i'm usually uncomfortable everyday anyway but if this gets too much i'll just have to find something different to do. with as bad as my back is my boss has encouraged me to try and hang on until i'm 55 and i could retire on disability but to be honest i don't want my body to get to that point. i work a younger man's job and by now i should have applied and been placed in some other kind of position but i suffer from a lack of ambition i guess oh well it is what it is
