I think I figured it out

AT&T knows I have a colonoscopy, they bought out the company that makes the cameras, they want to be sure I am hydrated when they record the event.

 

With the drugs they use to knock you out, they could use a GoPro and you'd never know it...

I got about 3 1/2 lbs of hamburger and sausage (combined) cooking down in a pot with an onion and herbs for some spaghetti for dinner. I do cheat and use off the shelf sauce but just use it as the base. I ran out of fresh garlic but I got some poweder that'll work, just not quite as good. Feeding kids, they don't know the difference. But I am going to get some fresh mushrooms (and probably a fresh clove of garlic). The kids say they hate mushrooms but have no clue they've been eating it everytime I make it for more than a year, almost 2.

 

Sounds good to me even though I hate mushrooms. A litter one here and there I can deal with.

You'll never know they're in there. I simmer it all down so it melts together. I personally don't like bell pepper but I do cook with it occasionally. I cook it down so the only thing left is the skin and then skim that off.

 

Amanda and I enjoyed lunch with my Dad and Stepmother today. Dad is all business when it comes to his meals. In this picture he is like, ' just take the picture' cause he is ready to dig in! Looks great for eighty one years old, how about it?

think my dad and your dad would get along great. lol. nice pic. we went up to visit mom and dad this afternoon. dad was bitchin about the gout and fussin at mom cause she said he wont go to the doctor. Thats a good lookin plate of food!
