Happy Sunday. Feels cold, it is up to 23° but no sun. I want to see the sun again. Mud season is almost here.

I too am hungry for seafood. When Spring gets here for real I will grill some seafood for my annual Spring celebration. Couple more weeks yet.

I like either gewurztraminer or riesling, but a bottle will last me a month or so. Often will use them for deglazing instead of cooking sherry, especially when making sauces. I'll buy a bottle of cooking sherry once a year or so.

Your Ex and FIL have a lot in common with my Ex LOL.

Once she left I could buy decent cookware, now everything in my kitchen is either All-Clad or cast iron. Including a dutch oven. She threw my great grandmothers cast iron frying pan away when we were first married. Should have been my
    [IMG]
    moment.

Transplanted my thyme plant to a larger pot this morning. Will start brinning some pork chops with thyme, bay leaves and seasoning in a little bit. And then smoke them this afternoon.

    But I want seafood now....

    Good morning,

While on my "little F!@#$ vaca" the '91 became a full time dependable ride ,

The list ; new front brakes including EVERYTHING..... pads, rotors, calipers and rebuilt locking hub kits

New fuel pump and sending unit, rebuilt fuse box and overlay wiring ran for EFI fuse ( she got hot and melted- just like a woman :boink: )

While it was disassembled the front of the bed was "corrected", carpets yanked and cleaned, new taillights lens installed …..

Even invested in some new "toys" , cordless guns make R&I of bed so much easier :bananadance:

Now the fun part, too keep me out of the pick-up, a 2nd gen 4 Runna has been found and bid on ..... perfect frame and body.... possibly blown head gasket but being a 3.0 :lalala:

If the "price is right" it will be home soon and the teardown will begin....

    Everyone enjoy their Sunday...

My presence here  will be limited...…...

You got it honey! Medium Rare Viking Ribeye work for you?

I'll even throw something green in the mix. Grilled romaine is a good place to start with a salad, if your going to have greens with the meal that is. With EVOO and some herbs & spices of course.

That looks like the old hammered aluminum dutch ovens. They had the knobs on the top like that. The cast iron ones usually have cast handles. Awesome!

Those Pro Stock Bikes are getting faster every year !!!

Back in 1984 at the NHRA Winternationals I got an autograph from Linda Vaughn !!!

Linda Vaughn still looks good for her age !!!

Do you remember Jungle Pam ???? , first time I saw her was in 1978 at Fremont Drag Strip in NORCAL when she was helping backing up Jungle Jim's Funny Car

Just a few years ago I got to meet her again at the Calif Hot Rod Reunion at Famosa Drag Strip
