    It was about that today here as well.

    Heard on the news today that most ski resorts did horrible this winter. All the snow last year and virtually none this year :( Farmers down here are going to be in trouble if we don't start getting some rain soon

    Sucks right? Not much left from the childhood anymore. Half the new shit that comes along is just lame bullshit but the other half I wish we had back in the day. Today's world is pretty mindless on lots of levels but still wow factor here and there tho.

    I like the bike video, I have a few, I will try and get them posted up.

    I have been trying to keep my kid up on all the tech but I find it detracts him from real life too much, now all he has time for is school work, sports and scouts(and girls).

    yes, I am finiding that, with my parents, both are mid 80s and are constatly planning thier lives around doctor visits. Mentally they are fine but the body just has had enough. It has made me get back into an exercise and proper eating routine. I have 50 pounds to lose and am leading a 2 week backpack trip with the scouts next Summer. I have had my knee scoped and ankle rebuilt to avoid replacements when I am 80, it's a lot harder to recover when you are that age.
