ache-y flu, not puke-y flu. but flying when you're sick....that just makes it all 10X worse. and you know every person on that plane is cursing you every time you sneeze, cough, wimper....

i got the shot. but there is a different strain going around here so the shot is worthless. 4 people out a couple weeks ago, 3 this last week me included.
i never get sick past st. paddy's day. i was 1 freakin week away from my safe zone
mom had a cancer scare about 12 years ago. doc recommended that the whole family gets flu shots as it was her biggest enemy during radiation/recovery. i have gotten one every year since. and this was the first time i've gotten sick since too.

Yeah, and I do not blame any of them for hating on me for sure, it is misery for everyone to be on a plane, stuck in the germ sharing cigar tube with a person like me. I was just feeling a little exhausted when I got on the plane which wasn’t unusual after a month on a job site. I went to sleep, but damn, if we hadn’t been in the air 30 mins and my nose started running and then boom, cough, hack, sneeze, headache and aches all over...
Got home and spent a week locked up at home, trying to shake it. Now days in some country’s they will quarantine you or test you if you show up at their door like it was on that trip in the late 90’s...

Pretty sure work stress contributed heavily to my heart problems. Not overweight, not out of shape, non smoker, light drinker, not a terrible diet, no family history!

Have the same restrictions. Look at them as strong suggestions. I keep the carbs down, cut way back on dairy (I live in WI), and have 1 shot of liquor a day. Exercise and stress management goes a long way!

Well there is that:rasta: Enjoy the little things:D

    Really??
    Mmmmm
I’m sure we have some obscure law I would need to be aware of.
There are some places here fly fishing only.
    Some places artificial only.
    And they mean it.
One guy got a big fine for using a rubber worm impregnated with something natural attractant.
(From the company, nothing he did)
I always thought artificial was artificial.
I also have spray attractant in the boat.
So if I go someplace new I really really really read between the lines.
    Those wardens pop up anywhere.
If I want to use a worm in a questionable area I make sure that package is on the deck.
I have already taken out all my lead sinkers and replaced with steel years ago.

They have a job to do and I do my very best.
I don’t like them at all because I go fishing to be alone but the morons that ruin it for everyone else makes them necessary.
