Probably not. I'm not one to get in on the 1st round of new stuff. I like to let them work the bugs out before I get into something.

 

Just like that Mahindra Roxor. It's been out for 2 model years and they still haven't settled down yet. It was promoted to be a (somewhat) low cost ohv. It still can be but they send them out with different options, cost goes up and it turns out that if it needs serviced or repair it should really go to a dealer. Any dealer is still too far for me and they need to settle down.

 

Electric vehicles are not going to be as popular as gas powered cars and the fad for these cars is dying off . Also the charging stations are few and far between and probably never have as many of them as originally intended

 

I think fossil fueled vehicles are going to be obsolete before too many more years. By and large, an electric vehicle will be feasible for the masses but there will be some for whom it will be impractical or, at least, a huge pain. I do believe, in my lifetime, I won't see the big swap from gas to electric. One of the bigger issues, I believe, is the initial cost and subsequent replacement cost of batteries.
