    Ask the resident expert plumber @Kolunatic but you can have low point drain put in and put rv antifreeze in the tanks and toilets leave the cabinet doors open with the heat set to 50 . It is what we used to do for the house in Maine when we weren't there all the time for a few years. Paid to have a crew come and take care of snow and mow etc house light timers ( mechanical ) and with todays tech you can monitor your front door and all with your cell anywhere as long as there is cell service. We had friends coming by here and there one close neighbor used to go over in the winter and start a fire in the kitchen stove and hide from his wife for a few hours ...lol . Point being it can be done if you want to. Of course you could always sell the place buy a plot of land put a concrete pad septic , well, propane tank with connections and then power and net service on a pole an in town storage unit for the toys to hunt with . Gett your self a nice RV with a trailer for hauling the truck and head south when ever you wish come back same time when ever lol :}

    I love Costco, especially the beef. Their Choice grade is better than most of the packing plants Prime grade around here.

    Wanted a steak tonight so went to cook one for me and a couple for the son. Went out to the deck to start some charcoal and it was snowing. Screw it, made a salad instead.

    march 31 salad.jpg

    And fired up the gasser instead of lighting charcoal, still does a good job on steaks with the sear station.

    Good evening all! Still 73° outside. Had a busy weekend and sore as heck. Wife surprised me with some roll on Icy Hot. :thumbsup:

    Amazing how the surprises have changed as we’ve gotten older and married longer. :rofl:

    Our thermostat is set @ 78°. As soon as it gets above that the AC goes on. The cats need to stay comfy when we are at work. :rofl:

    Temps will be up and down between 70's and 100 from now till May then steadily up from there. Hoping it'll stay cool till June but I'm sure that ain't going to happen.
