I go on the NoVA thread because I adopted David and need to keep him safe from evil. Also to make sure to steer you clear of bad advice from those young'uns.

 

how are you doing with the diabetes? i can't get mine regulated to save my ass, even with the insulin. the cholesterol and triglycerides kinda go along with it

new wheels don't heve tpms which i guess '04 tundras didn't have it yet i need to find a little something to put over the light so i don't have to see that anymore

 

There is a way to shut off the light, I will see if I can find it

 

I can't control it worth a damn. My doctor tells me I am her most non-compliant patient ever. I told her she needs to thank me for all my ailments... it paid for her Lexus parked outside. Then she told me to bend over... prostate exam done!

I don't do insulin because I can't ever comply with the daily shot and monitoring. So my doc prescribed a weekly injection called Bydureon. It works pretty well. It's just a massive/scary looking contraption.

I hate shots.

i'm usually on there but don't say much. every time i do david chimes in with his smartassed mouth and pisses me off. i try to help when people ask and only offer info. that i know but he always comes back with some smartassed comment. so i pretty much quit. it's all a geme of who can out buy who on there and then especially david will want people to do his work for free. he and i used to get along really well until he started running his mouth and acting like he expected me and another buy to do his work. don't say anything to him it's not worth it i just sit back and watch the show. there's other stuff also but i don't normally talk anything that's not complimentary about others and have already said more than i should

 

cool i'll check first and make sure it won't effect my inspection but if not it's done. or find if there's any tpms sensors that'll fit the tundra wheels

 

Its just the valve stems, don't see why you couldn't swap the same ones inside. I left them out and I don't miss them.

 

i fought and fought to stay off the shots for over 10 years until i went in for my operation and found out just how high my sugar had gotten. the pens aren't as bad as i'd feared and simple to use. not sying i like it but it beats the alternative

 

probably just do the procedure to disable i check preasures regularly anyway hell we never had them in the past

I wouldn't worry too much about it. They're mostly kids on that thread. It make me wonder how they plan their truck parts/accessories/mod purchases based on on when their paycheck arrives. But then again, I was like that when I was a kid. We 50's were all probably like that 30 years ago.

That's why we have this thread... to talk about our interests. And our stupidity when we were kids.
