    Happy belated Birthday @StayinStock ! Sounds like it was a good one Bob, hope today is also.

    Trout opened yesterday here. Don't normally go opening weekend anymore don't like the crowds. You know like when there is another vehicle in the parking lot or alongside the road. Still shelf ice and 4-6" of snow so there is that too.

    My oldest calls me a couple times a week from Boston asking questions. But the youngest who doesn't even work on computers for a living seems to think he knows everything there is to know about computers and Dad don't know nothin o_O

    Didn't want to shovel snow, was going to wait for it to melt. But wanted wings last night so finally shoveled a path to the kettle.

    Of course been grilling a lot of steak. Other night even had greens with a ribeye. Broccoli with melted bacon grease, pieces of cut up bacon and fresh grated Parmesan cheese.

    Too many greens couldn't eat all the steak. So next day buttered it with some bacon grease and coated with Montreal Steak seasoning and wrapped in foil.

    25 min. at 325° and was as good as when it came off the grill.

    Think I'll cook up a couple pounds of bacon for breakfast. And some eggs.
