    Afternoon All:hattip:Im at work, first time ive stopped all day. lots of backfill operators and hard production lineup.they give tshirts for over and beyond stuff. not worth much but you know someone noticed.I just got 2 for stuff i did this morning. nite shift quit running reinforcement material on books last nite on line beside mine,nobody could figure out what was wrong with the machine. waited till they left and fixed in 5 minutes. geez an allen wrench and screwdriver and bam!have a good day. ive got 3 more hours to go

    The one pictured is what the street taco vendors use. Cook the meat and vegetables on the lower part and heat the tortillas on the dome.

    The concave pan but you have bigger pieces of either beef or pork (carnitas) and it goes in the middle to cook in it's juices. Put the meat on the upper flat part to dry it up a little or fry a little longer for a little crisp for tacos.

    Reminds me of the Street Tacos I had In San Felipe many years ago during the SCORE Baja 250 race .those Fish Tacos were only .50 cents ea and were very tasty !!

    Was just reviewing my pedometer on my health app on my phone as I always due ea Sunday . Yesterday's total steps was 3486 /1.66 miles and this was at the Car Show in the Parking lot of the Elks lodge

    That's alot of walking in a parking lot that's maybe over 1 acre !!!!

    I just checked one out at the swap meet. They wanted $60 but dropped it to $50. They'll be open for another month before they close for summer, so I have a little time. I can do pretty much the same thing with a flat top just a little more spread out and more burners.....decisions, decisions.

    wife was watchin, thats my house in the pic. i was infront of him. told him id let him go on thru i was talkin to the neighbor takin pics of the water. Wife said noticed you let him go first!! YEA. im 50+ he is 20+. ive learned over the years
