I felt like this at work today. actually i told one today to pull his damn pants up!

 

Another like especially with a 48" bar. Think there is another person on here that knows what that it is like then again have a feeling that he was cooking for all us back then. Cause he is good.. And his temps are now breaking 100° or close to that. Too many heat strokes since then, fuck that. Reminds me of the sandbox of hell. And the VA, and the ancillary bullshit. But what a great picture! Thank you for the memories.

 

My uncle was a logger back in the day and had a saw that size at grandads. dad use to tell me it takes a man to run that one son!

Did that with Morgan horses as a kid in machinery restricted areas. Still makes my asshole pucker LOL.

On the East coast you can get away with a Sr. calling someone a son. It is pretty much expected if you have spent any time there. On the West Coast not so much. They don't get it. And not exactly a good thing. For example gypsies drivers for the logging trucks. Get the hell out of my way, son....

How are rear brakes adjusted?

 

New brakes ?
Old brakes ?
Rear wheel drive?

This intake and spacer is 3" taller than what I'm currently running !!!! . Looks like I'll have to cut a hole in my fiberglass hood to get it to fit !!!


That intake is going to look awesome bolted up to aluminum heads !!!!!

 

I just cleaned them with brake parts cleaner and that helps

Not really the best way to do it.
If you have drivin the truck since then the it’s just old brake adj.
Brake clean raises the “grain” per say and will give you a false feel.
So just pick the back of the truck up. Jack stands.
Put it in neutral.
Rotate the wheel and crank the adjuster until you feel slight resistance.
Hard to explain.
It’s a feel deal.
If you rotate the wheel and it’s hard to turn or stops immediately it’s to tight.
