:pccoffee: Good morning. Cold. Snowed again last night.

Not a fan but should slow down the flooding all around here. Can get 100 sandbags from the County and fill them for free. More than 100 they ask that you call ahead. Thought about bagging the garage door that is letting water under it but sure as shit as soon as I did would have to get the snowblower out and use it. Ordered a garage door threshold from Amazon instead and will put it down tomorrow when it gets here.

50's maybe even close to 60 next week they claim. Wonder if my home AC will work.

The larger of the two was on a rapala dt 6 in disco shad. There was a bait salesman throwing a cast net at the bridge I was worm fishing. He was pulling up quite a few shad so I tied one on didn’t take but a few cast to catch one.

I just got back from setting off some bug bombs in a mobile home I had dropped on me. I’m going to let it soak a few days every time I go in that thing I feel like something is crawling on me. It’s sad to see how some people live. This one could have gone either way I can fix it up but I was tempted to call a mover to haul it to the landfill and have it crushed. The determining factor was we have had so much rain here I would have a yard to landscape in the aftermath. I had to get the wife to come pull me out with the 4Runner last Saturday. I had pulled the enclosed up to the power pole to change out the box and couldn’t get back out. Did I mention I am sick of this rain? And yes it was the f150 stuck and we pulled it out with the Toyota it did look bad!

    Morning all

Kid called me last night from work at 2100

Said he couldn't turn the steering wheel.

Drove down and he hadn't even open the hood.
    Serpentine belt came off.
Belt tensioner is 1 inch from the wheel well, you have to take off the tire and use an access hole to get to it.

    Yeah, no.

Told him to tow it to the local shop in the morning.

Bet he waits for me to do it.

Another reason not to post everything you do on Facebook.
My niece and her husband were on vacation in Chicago. They were posting pictures on Facebook the whole time. When got back to Kansas they found their house was broke into. Pretty much cleaned out.
How did I find out? My wife just saw it on Facebook and called me.

their customer service is good but hte parts are crap. lots of the internals are plastic and wear out super fast. get used to calling and asking for parts or get a different brand - gonna cost a few more bucks but you'll be trouble free for years

my aunt once flipped off a school bus driver, driver got her plate # and the city mailed her a ticket. we call it her golden finger.

But these other two are a couple I’m excited about they are locally hand tied. The brown one is a shooter jig and the blue one is a katch her jig same guy pours the heads I’m informed but the shooter fellow is down for shoulder surgery. So the shooters aren’t available at the moment but the local tournament guys swear by them.

Do you ever trim the weedguards on the jigs. I've always done that cause "they" say it helps on hookset. Seems reasonable to me.

I have and for years I wouldn’t use one because I couldn’t see how you could hook anything with that stiff guard. Now I splay them out with my thumb before I use them.
