Is cleaning with accelerants an option?

Good morning. Headed north this morning for a meeting with the engineer and some other folks to discuss (of all things) more septic.

So you're saying if I trash my vehicle to the point vermin take up residence and half destroy it that a tech will clean up the mess? What a bargain!

    Insurance...
As long as the repair is a dollar less than value they will repair it.
The last one I did it wasn’t as bad and the hazmat team came in..
    They fixed it..
I don’t know. I can’t find the culprit right now but I think he’s in there somewhere..
Might have to yank the hybrid battery apart..
The tech always gets screwed ...

I’d like them not to honor insurance if people do this to vehicles.
If the vehicle is somewhat clean then yes but destroyed then it gets taken over.. hell no.
There has to be some sort of responsibilities

Absolutely, I agree. They shouldn't put that burden on you guys to clean up someone's car. I can't figure why your boss would even agree to that. If I have someone with the skills and knowledge to perform high level tasks I'm damn sure not going to use them in a role where that expertise isn't being used. That just doesn't make sense. If I have a sink full of dirty dishes and nasty water and the drain is leaking, I'm damn sure not going to pay the plumber to wash the dishes.

Ya but it has air bag wiring damage and dash damage , possible hybrid damage , which requires special training ( according to Toyota)...

Roll that pig into a sealed space with the windows down along with a couple of lawn mowers. Start up said mowers, get out, let them run for an hour or until they run out of gas. Wait for the CO to diminish and then pull out the car. Problem solved. Leave them dead critters though for the mom to get a good wiff...
