    Not too much yet. Just a bunch of parts and alot of ideas. Don't think traditional food trailer. Think hotdog cart on steroids with some gadgetry involved. No fridge, ice chests. Need 12v for a few LED lights and the water pump for hand wash sink. Haven't figured siding yet but that'll be more of a place to put the logo and name (possibly lower wind guards) than anything else.

    Every day is taco day.

    Dad hated his but got use to it. Toward the end he had to use 2.

    One of the early symptoms of MS is "drop foot" . I can be walking just fine..and without warning, my foot will just quit moving. Usually dumps my big ass on the deck...

    Another fun day with my Brother !!:thumbsup: , tried to eat once again at the new Texas Roadhouse restaurant here and again parking lot completely full and a wait time of 2hrs

    Both yesterday and today got there at 1545hrs which was 45 min after they opened . Can't imagine how long the wait time would be later like at 1800hrs !!!! :facepalm:
