    ALL of my crew quit after I left. ALL of 'em. They loved working for me and wouldn't work for my replacement. Ex boss asked why. It's simple. I treated them like a valued employee, and with fairness and respect. That's not fashionable by the millennials who followed me. They had to "put them in their place".

    I understand the board members are asking questions. Wanting to know how things collapsed so quickly. If they ask me, I'm gonna tell 'em. "Y'all fucked up".

    I was also told experience is over-rated. Just shows you how LITTLE these newbies actually know about life.

    I was told once by a stuipidvisor that “machinists were $0.10 a dozen, I can replace y’all like that” n snapped his fingers

    When I decided to leave I went into his office and slid a dime across his desk. He looked puzzled n asked “what’s this?” I told him it was my contribution to his machinist fund, I'll be leavin at the end of the week.

    His dimestore machinist crashed the machine with in two days, they had to have a service tech replace the spindle, cost em a good bit more than $0.10
