This was a small shake on a small fault line, problem is, it wakes up the other fault lines. We have a few weeks of worry ahead of us

We went to the Bristol RI parade today. It's the longest continuously running parade in the country. Two of the bands came from MN & one from SD for it!

Hope everyone is having a great 4th. We’re in Anniston, AL to marry off my eldest step daughter. Wife took me out to what’s left of Ft McClellan. Her last duty station before getting out. Was sentimental for her.

    .....smh....

I didn't feel it but my friend was sitting in my truck doing his Fire stuff while we were up near Palo Verde and he said the truck shook a little. Thought it was the wind but the wind wasn't blowing. Me and another friend were messing with the solar array and he felt it also. I just thought everyone else was full 'o sh----

You may be a redneck if you have some kind of tractor in your holiday parades....

Mom loved Tammy Wynette and Johnny Paycheck.

Well it was another glorious day. Helped pull out a truck that some young Marine got stuck...this last Sunday. Lucky guy. The dumb ass left a shotgun and an AR in the back seat, with the windows down a few inches and a bed full of camping gear in a stuck truck SINCE SUNDAY!

Central AC died yesterday afternoon. Bad timing looks like I'll be down for awhile. 85 with heat index of 95 most of the day, sticky humid. Was supposed to have storms today so got up early and worked outside all day, storms never came. Sore. Tired. Tired of sweating and drinking water. Finally ate around 9 tonight just wasn't hungry most of the day. Work tomorrow time for bed, I hear rain it just dropped below 80!

So did you get it?!?! Oh and my answer was YES!

Picked up last loaf of King Hawaiian bread at the grocery store tonight, evil white bread.. Have had a real strong desire for BLT's for some, time great choice!

Our a.c. stopped because the "coils were not level and condensation filled the drip pan and hit the float switch "

We replaced a perfectly working one last year because it was 24 years old. Did not want to face that. We did it in the off season to save money but bought a top of the line unit. Money well spent. My last condo went out at the hotest time of the year (112-116*) and didn't want to relive that.

Kings Hawaiian bread rocks. Yes it is on the sweet side. So does their BBQ sauce.

I was BBQing some chicken when the bottle of sauce ran out (Sweet Baby Rays). No problem, I grabbed the new bottle but found out we had bought sauce/marinade and it was very very thin like a pure marinade. I poured some of that into the other bottle that I had just emptied and shook it up. Sauce was a little thin but I didn't need to spread it and it tasted fantastic!
Why do they make BBQ sauce that thick anyways? The stuff I made up was perfect! They should make it like that!!!
