    yup...been watching movies and documentaries all week. CNN is running a special tonight, supposed to have a lot of never before seen footage. Sadly I will mis it because A I don't have cable and B I will be out camping




    If you're interested there is a 3 part documentary on PBS called Chasing the Moon that is pretty interesting. About 6 hours in total.

    Don't just drink water, regulate your temperature by getting out of the heat and into ac controlled shade and do longer rest/shorter work cycles. This will help your body actually manage your liquid intake (pee) and not just sweat it out. You can then see the color change and requlate your body better. Some people deplete the minerals in their body because they drink too much water later in the evening (clear pee) because they haven't pee'd like normal, then go back into it the next day and get sick, like a hangover totally weak feeling. Then over do it with Gatorade, supplements, sugar and salt. This really screws you up.

    Sometimes, in an hour, I'll sit in the ac 35-45 minutes and still be totally soaked, but still pee'ing.
