    just for a while. they said i can partake but need to hydrate. i was really dehydrated.the Mt dew was my issue.when i told them how many i drank they kind of freaked out. so no more Dews. a Coke or something no more than one a day!! now its water, tea, gatorade its Hot at work and you keep a light sweat 12hrs then mow on your day off. it caught up with me!:thumbsup:
