    yesterday on my way to work there were PD, EMT trying to get to a wreck (that I later passed by) and almost everyone took notice of the big flashy lights gaining ground behind us, we all got over. all except for this one dude in a beat up old hatchback who was just cruising along, oblivious to the world. I honked as he passed me and pointed to the ambulance that was very nearly ready to rear end him. He quickly swerved out of the way and the ambulance got past him. Idiot. He had no clue what was going on or why EVERYONE on the road suddenly slowed down and moved to the shoulder...

    I gave up on American vehicles. My Grandfather worked for Nash/ Rambler and my Dad only bought American made. I went through every American brand and they all left me stranded at some point.
    I loved the 1998 Taurus. But ford service screwed it up.
    Toyota has been great, I hope to never buy another vehicle

    My first Toy...

    Dad sold it when I was maybe 4 or 5. I remember my mom sitting at the kitchen table, hugging me while I cried hysterically that MY BABY TOY was going away forever... Dad handed the keys over and I didn't speak to him for a week.

    Actually getting a little teary-eyed thinking about that old, green, Toy...
