    If you go the tractor route, look at what tires you may want. My friend with the Japanese spec Yanmar recently switched to turf tires. Easier to drive, still has great traction, rides better and a cheaper to replace. He bought new turf tires and rims cheaper than a set of the V tread tires.

    Some of the "pro's" of the tractor are they pull trailers better, have an almost infinite implements available and longivity is unbeatable. My friends dad bought one (Kubota) when we were in highschool and they worked the crap out if it. Scraper box, rear blade, backhoe, fork attachment, bucket and mower deck. It ran better than 20-25 years before the head gasket went.

    Looking at the cheapest series in gas. I’ll just keep ethanol free in it. Would like to wait a bit for any close outs but 0% is till end of month but I’m sure it’ll be back on again.

    Yea
    Both mowers are broke, don’t get used that often anymore. I like the tractor but can’t do both.

    Buy once cry once bud , loose the other mowers @Martin64 is right on , on tires I would suggest you make sure which one fit the unit you buy . Turfs and R4s or turfs and Ag tires which ever you do get them when you buy the unit they are much cheaper and Messicks ships every where for anything else:}

    You can get hydraulic mowers (flail or rotary), pto mowers as well as mowers with their own engines if you like. Straight tow, off set, side cast...many options. It's all in what you want. You can find many used and cheaper the new.

    Think maintenance and ease of parts availability along with ground engaging attachments. With the QA Front end loader most things that fit a Bob cat can go on it. You can drop the Front end loader off in 5 min the back hoe in 10 etc etc.

    Diesel is worth it. Your overall fuel consumption will be down and have a lot lower rpm power and torque. Of course, if you don't already have a diesel it's one more fuel you have to buy and store. Of course "shelf life" on diesel is a lot longer.

    I like what Maner has. Long bed or 4 seater with tilt bed. Nice. Don’t even want to look at price

    If that'll do what you want. Nobody says you can't have a sxs and a tractor.
