    When I first went to work here, we got 8 paid holiday. If we worked those days, we got additional time-and-a-half.....So. 2-1/2 times our regular pay rate. Now it's 1-1/2 days, straight pay, but we don't have to work those days.

    Up side is, my salary is 5-1/2 times what it was in 1990. And insurance is paid for (department heads only)

    We have those too.....in Southeastern Kentucky, where we'll be wheeling next week. Only difference, they're tree lined. We don't call 'em canyons here, they're hollows (pronounced "hollers")

    Not there. That was just a quick run before we went home. The dash cam overwrites so all the first day vids are gone. But there was a gopro on the truck so I hope to have more. The Pinon pines got too thick on one trail for us to continue.
