My wife has messed up sinuses and used to constantly get nose bleeds. Her ENT suggested Oceans saline nasal spray and it seems to help her. I know your situation is different but if it turns out to be due to the dryness maybe give it a try?
Best of luck and sorry to hear you guys had to wake up like that. I’m sure seeing your face covered in blood was quite the fright for your wife.

I've done the same thing; only with manual tans.

Did a day out at the Richard Petty School of Driving, in a NASCAR. I then jumped into my 4 runner. Height, shifting, gears, grip.... Everything was so different.
