    Good Saturday morning all.

The weather guessers forecast cooler temps starting today.

Family Day at my daughters college. It’ll be nice seeing the kid...and my regular cab Tacoma. :D

Kinda. Just big. I’ll replicate my drip system on timer like last place where I had tomato plants taller than me.
Would like to have a patch of Bermuda to weedeat for the dogs.

Good luck with the millennial. One at work decided to piss me off and now she's figuring out that it wasn't her best move.

Usually means wind here when we have a big cool down.

Good morning. Trimmed trees, knocked down weeds, mowed both yards, then went and picked up the siding for the cart/trailer yesterday. Ended up in bed by 1930-ish. Going to the truck and grab some tools then over to Home Depot for water supply lines and see if they have a sheet of mdf for counter tops. Probably have to go swap rigs with my son since that won't fit in the Jeep....coffee time till then.

Good morning friends. Concert was great!

Way too much to do before the cold sets in and not nearly enough weekends. Work is having family day this afternoon and wifey wants to see it. So I get to go to w**k this afternoon...

I know that feeling. Being one of the better recreation areas and it being my work is a conflict with my personal being sometimes. We have an annual permit for $75 that allows endless day use, camping 14 days at a time, boat ramps, restrooms, fresh water for rv fill, rv dump and trash. You get 2 decals (permits) and can register 3 vehicles (so you can shuffle the 2 permits between the 3).The permit is a really good deal (as far as permits are concerned). Normal cost is $10 for day use and $15/night camping. I ended up getting the permit because my son likes to fish out there...I work there. I have to pay to go to work to use what I build and maintain. But I hated seeing my son plug $10 at a time for a few hours of fishing and he was on his way to having spent $100 already.

No. We discount seniors and active duty military if they get their special permits (for free). They get 1/2 off camping and free day use. But to meet the senior criteria you gotta be 62 and older.

Since you're up there and camp where you camp, see about the "America the Beautiful" pass and see if it applies to you and your areas. It may save you some money if your stars align.

I have that pass - get one every year. Doesn't do anything for camping fees but with mulitple trips to Yellowstone, Grand Teton and Glacier every year I definitely get my $80 worth. Those three parks each have a $35 weekly or $70 annual fee....I think I'm up to a total of 10 trips so far this year. The only non NPS perk that I've been able to get from the pass is half price day use at a ID state park.
