    We got lucky. Lot of damage to the showroom but no people were hurt. Insurance people are on their way down. Truck driver turned around and is still here. Local business who we work with a lot so at least he's doing the right thing by sticking around.

    wish i could. stinks like hell in here. kinda dusty too. but the mess isn't near my work area so no reason for me to not keep working.

    What seemed excessive at time, turned out was a good savings/investment plan.

    REAL good compared to expectations.

    Sandy isn't 60 yet. I told her she didn't need to worry about a job unless she just wanted one.

    Anyway....she's looked at my numbers an is trying to decide. Ohhhhh travelling!!!!

    so are we. got incredibly lucky with close to 50 people in the building

    we got it aired out pretty good - opened all of the doors and had some cross ventilation with the missing window

    yup. i didn't hear the glass break, only the thud, thud, thud of the towers falling over. Took me a second to register what it was and then I went running out

    i wish. we taped off the area, told our customers we were closed for the day and as soon as the insurance people gave us the go ahead to start cleaning we did. then back to business as usual.
    i have video from the security camera - just dont know how to post it here.

    it was. once my brain registered that is wasn't sharp enough to be gunfire i took off running to see what was going on.
