    I control that by turning the tv volume down. Tends to make people talk in lower tones. When there are kids over they get the tv in the guest with the volume low enough I can't hear it with the door open or they're playing outside. If they can't agree to a show, their asses are outside. If all that fails, shoot the birds.

    We don't have many birds.

    Busy day for me !! , did two sessions of at home PT stretching exercises then two sessions of of using the knee flexion machine . With the knee flexion machine I noticed my knee is getting looser "gaining ROM"

    Also today I walked around outside trying to regain my strength and endurance and felt good . Tomorrow at 1300hrs I've got PT evaluation with a local physical therapist and hopefully start outpatient PT

    I got discharged on Thursday evening and had Outpatient PT stop by for initial visit on Friday. I start the actual OPT PT tomorrow morning, and man do I need it. I've been doing stretching excercises and other things but I'm still very stiff. 6 weeks of no weight on my right leg is going to be rough.

    I was told that if I want Therapy other than the VA med center which is 48 miles away . I can opt for Veterans Choice / Mission Act for a local PT Provider

    But this may take up a month and just like you I'm starting to tighten up
