It’s not mine so a Dewalt repair is out of the question. Lol. I would prefer an option to have one or not

Well, who decided to move so far away from his hospital?? Hmmmm

Well then, get on that leg machine you've got. You should know all the exercises to do by now. :D. :burnrubber:

Tri Care West found a PT close to my house just over 7 miles away I start next week . My Doctor in the Rehabilitation facility recommended Tri Care as he doesnt want me driving that far as I'll be in pain and with my extreme low blood pressure Hypertension it's safer for me to be closer

Yes I've got 20 exercises I do daily plus using the knee flexion machine . I was given these exercises by my inpatient PT and I'm already pushing past 90° but my knee is still very stiff

But my home exercises are un supervised and with my recent diagnosis of low blood pressure Hypertension I need supervised PT

This ole retied pit snipe (more than 20 years ago) at 61 is feeling ever bit of his age. Just got back from the Gunflint Trail Mid Point at noon left at 0500. Was a great time! Dog is happy and I am too. Almost 2 weeks and did a week in Lake County West Cook before that. Hated to come back. Even though there was 13" of snow when I first got there

    First night snow.jpg

John you don't show up when I do @ and try to pull you up. Left at 0500 got up at 0300 will text you tomorrow I am wiped. Hope all is well and those alpaca socks were the bomb from the low 20's to the upper 30's which was the whole time.

No. LOL last 2 weeks only place could get cell phone or internet was Grand Marais and only went down there to get pics of the 15 foot waves. Once that was enough... :p

Great time hunting with the dog and life is good. Really hated to come back.

    grouse sos dog buggy.jpg

Back pack in the middle found on the trail under the snow. Space blanket, SOS Personal Location Beacon and a fig newton with a bite out of it. Must be a skinny little guy from the Cities that doesn't have a clue what it takes to survive.

Snow and rain most days. Had one day with sun.

    sunset1.jpg

Hunting went well, very well despite the weather. Dog is happy

    nova grouse sweet16.jpg

He came in handy to check the depth of all the pools on the trails. If he had to swim it may not be a good idea to try and run the buggy through it

    toller depth check.jpg

Seen and heard 3 moose and lots of other game. Less than half a mile where I took this a few years ago

Had a red come up to the Ranger, turned it off and he kept coming up the trail

    redfox.jpg

All in all a great 2 weeks. And great food

    16 ga capsteak.jpg

Mentioned to the daughter of the lodge owner that I hadn't had a strawberry rhubarb pie in years. And the next day found this on the kitchen table the next day

    Pie.jpg

Pretty sure I said hated coming back. But have reservations for next year already.

I may or may not have experience with the Teachings of Don Juan and "A Yaqui Way of Knowledge". In the 70's South of the border. With a Spud Phucker from Idaho which he got his truck stuck in the sand, don't put ridge runners in the desert that are used to the Canadian Shelf LOL.

For 3 days had the brand new Pink Floyd Another brick in the wall 8 track playing over and over.

"Look mummy, there's an aeroplane up in the sky"

But no plane came. We walked out. 3 days and water is a precious commodity to me this day.

Good luck with the PT. Can they give you meds to raise your BP?
