    I'm really starting to push as hard as I can in PT and its showing . The knee still swells up limiting ROM if I'm on it to long though

    My PT however is concerned on my l/knee though as its buckling and hyper extending and is afraid I might fall .I've got an appointment at the VA this Thursday to be fitted for brace for that leg

    I have an old Coleman -10 bag that I love. The thing is a monster even in its stuff sack. Its never really failed me and I will never get rid of it. I only paid like $60 for the thing and its lasted me almost 20 years. The bag and the cold isn't the issue. Its the going to bed at 7pm because its too cold to sit out by my fire (I don't build giant fires) and freezing because the sun doesn't warm anything up until noon. Not to mention the frost on the tent and having to deal with drying it out at home this time of year... Heaters were never an option since I'm surrounded by flammable fabrics in close quarters.

    All will be a thing of the past soon enough. :spy:

    mooses. but yes. having four-legged (not carnivor) visitors would be a plus.
