    Currently 28° Rain / Snow high 36° and under a Winter storm warning

    Can't believe what I did last night , somehow managed to roll my ankle on my left leg and recieved a very nasty sprain . My ankle is all black and blue but luckily not broken , I've been icing it and elevating it

    I'm able to put weight on it this Morning but makes it interesting to get around using my cane to support my r/leg and now relying on my walker again . Due to the muscle weakness in my left leg I've been worried about falling and hurting myself and now I've done that

    I'm definitely going to tell my doctors and PT staff about this recent fall !!
