I had muscle scraping done to my r/shoulder and scapula area and after I had that done I was physically wiped . my shoulder and scapula looked like I was attacked by a jelly fish with black & blue added in . I was so sore I could barely muster any strength to lift or move my arm

 

Casper66, There is NO way I could or would go back to 30ish Lived it and because of that I live and Love each day after....

My kids have kids and I now know why the grandparents continually

I am no where near done and until the Big Guy " Pulls the plug" my kids will watch me spend their inheritance

i understand your point and feel that way most of the time myself i just keep thinking back to that time in my life and other than being way overweight i had no health issues. if i were to list them all now we'd be able to start another thread. i didn't worry about what i ate all the time, and could take the wife and kids out and have fun. now i never feel like doing anything but staying home

My reality check came when I pee'd "HOT " for my DOT and choice was simple......Let it run me or kick it out

I have a friend back home that needs insulin and meds to drive/keep his CDL...down graded it to a B instead of an A and he sees the doc every 3 months but STILL has his vocation and LIFE.......

It can be Done just wrap your head around it PLEASE

I am healthier at 55 then when I was 45, thanks to a Doctor that kicked my a$$ and a great wife support system
