Pressure washers are the way to go. Just watch for back splash and don't lick your lip if you do get some.

    He's done some nasty jobs

We do. He's a great guy, knows his stuff, has a great attitude and a 'nam vet. His wife is a volunteer with us. She can install, diagnose and repair pumps also. So I'm pretty damn fortunate to have such great help. And both are 76 y/o and will out work people half their age.

    Yes we will

Me too. I like a little coversation with my meal

    F'kn savage.

Here you go Kevin. We remove this unions on the pump and replace them with them with cam locks on rubber suction line. Works great and you don't have to stand on your head when you have to pull a pump.

    Cleaned out the utility box

    20191223_092737.jpg

Lucked out and found some chewed on control wires so we didn't have to pull the pumps afterall. Didn't find the critter that did it but ended up pulling about 15 gallons of sand, dirt and rocks out of the box. We're going to dig out the concrete box and extensions and rebuild that with treated 4x6 and make it a bigger cribbed box so a guy doesn't have to stand on his head. Need to replace conduit and pull new control and pump wires. That utility box is on a common ditch with power (480) control, pumps, sewer and fresh water at different depths. So the idea is to make it a bigger work space so a guy can work, get it cleaned up and hopefully get some better separation.

I thought I was not coming back...
    Was in the ER ....
Not sure what it was a viral gastric infection or similar
But I have never felt that kind of pain.
I’m not a wimp on any scale but I thought I was seriously dying.
They gave me two rounds of morphine and didn’t touch it.
So thank god they knew I was not faking cause I was writhing in pain.
They hooked me up to everything and gave me some other stuff.
They also gave me something to drink and dropped the pain like 80%.
    EKG
    Ultrasound
    X rays
    Cat scan.
    Nothing seen..
So they think a upper gastric infection but was to low.
I’m thinking a viral stomach infection.
Was on my back 3 days and I think Sunday about 4 pm the fever broke.
So about 70% now but I will see if I don’t keep on improving I’ll get into my primary.
Everyone at the shop is sick too.
So my whole body still aches pretty bad.....
    Yea.
    MERRY FUCKIN CHRISTMAS.

    Here is your present
    A $5000 hospital bill.

If dying feels like that I don’t want any part of it..

Damn, sorry to hear this. Glad you’re feeling better. I would get in to see your primary either way. Make him aware of what happened. Never a good time to go through something like this but especially bad right before Christmas.
Wish you and your family the best. I’m sure your wife was a nervous wreck seeing you go through this as well.
