No you should be ok with that load. Rough estimate of 1 amp for each light, 1.5 amp for fan/ light combo, 1.5 amp for living room fan, you are right around 10 amps. Eighty per cent of 15 amp is 12 amp, so yeah you are ok provided your fans are fractional HP and not larger inline fan motors mounted in attic. Best thing to do is turn all devices on and take an amp reading @ breaker in panel. Hope this helps. Edit; No heating devices are installed in bath fans?

Back in the day, normal calculations for residential were 1 amp for light boxes and 1.5 amp for normal convenience outlets. Kitchen counter top and dining room outlets are separate from this method. Keep in mind back in my construction days I was not a romex slinging jockey, but a pipe bending wire pulling commercial electrician. So using these calculations, you can put eight recepts on a 15 amp circuit, eleven on a twenty amp circuit. When roughing in new dedicated led circuits, you should go by the stated nameplate amperage. Personally, I do not use 14 gauge wire. Smallest I use is 12 gauge, you can install more devices on circuits, plus the fact larger wire less resistance. So say helps with your power bill.

Your example of 30- 60 watt bulbs on a circuit would need a limiting device to prevent a larger bulb from being installed.
