    I guess since @Tacoma Mike is to busy to do a guy a solid lol. I will have to do the oil, grease and tire rotation today among several other projects . This week ought to be fun the I hate contractors story begins with bids for the HVAC and water heater replacement bids . Already had one here last week he shot himself in the foot and really his company did too. He doesn't measure a thing except the access to put the new unit in . Mind you I am switching to propane from electric one would figure on some measurements for estimating pipe needed etc . Moreover, there is a fair bit of electrical work to and the company doesn't have an electrician on staff. Not sure how you do a quote with out knowing what the electrical work is going to cost .

    Sounds like one of estimates here. One guy just looks at what was in place. But went with a hvac female estimator that drew the house with windows etc along with return ductwork
