    Afternoon Everyone !!!!! :hattip:

    Got back home from the Pain and Torture Palace a little while ago and they worked me over good . They also had me do my least favorite exercise which called the chair drag

    They have me sit on stool that has caster wheels and only using your legs push yourself around a room for 10 minutes . This exercise works very hard on your hamstrings . I get so physically exhausted after this exercise as it's hard as hell to do !!!!

    That is an awesome exercise. Used it when I was boxing. Great for being able to back up in the ring quick.
