one of the coolest rides i ever got was sitting in the seat next to the boomer on a kc10 whie he was refueling. first was f-16s they were like gnats zipping around and coming in for fuel but then he refueled a c5a it was a camo one and looked like the earth was coming up from below us those things are huge i think we loaded 3 blazers and 4 hellicopters in one

i just looked at it as more of his bull shit and understood it was his underhanded way of keeping me off 4-10's. it was my wife who got upset about the violations. i don't hide m medical conditions for various reasons and certainy not because i'm ashamed of them apparently it's fine for me to talk about them but as a supervisor not so much. i wasn't butt hurt over it his stupid crap he pulls is sometimes infuriating and sometimes so stupid its funny. but if he wants to screw with me too hard it's a tool

flew in one in the jump seat with the pilots. the worst ride was in a c5a the seats are in the base of the tail above the cargo section and loud. coolest ride was in the front seat of a cobra

I filled up my truck earlier this afternoon and was surprised at my fuel mileage . Went only 219 miles and 65 miles of that freeway driving and climbing the steep Cajon Pass . used only 14 gallons and that averaged out to 30mpg , not bad for a 57k mile 14 yr old truck with a supercharged 4cyl

    Thanks Mike.
I think I can do the shocks. You have an aftermarket recommendation?
I have to think hard about the Diff seals.

It started it's U.S. life (shipped from Japan) in California, went to Florida then recently ended up in NY. So underneath the truck looks good. Not a lot of rust. Hopefully all the drain and fill plugs aren't seized in place like my '05 Tacoma.
