    The brisket is looking and smelling good but has a couple hours to go. I made up some bison burgers and put them in since they only take an hour to smoke.

    So
    last night we decided to buy two weeks worth of groceries since we are shutdown now.
    Trying to get further away from people. Never ever have had two carts walking out the door.
    I have stepped up my work distancing and washing.
    When I get home I’m not allowed out of the kitchen until clothes are off and heading right to the shower.
    The stuff I wore is immediately into the washer.
    My belt ,wallet , etc are sprayed with a bleach water mixture.
    2 tablespoons bleach into a quart of water. Put in a spray bottle.
    I spray my truck seat with Lysol twice a week.
    When it stops raining I’ll start spring cleaning on the truck.

    Does it help?
    I don’t know.
    But if we don’t get this then......

    Talking to one of the other guys from the shop last night while I was shopping
    he said I looked better.
