That would be great for you!! We had a moose and her baby walking along in front of us and a bobcat, bears, birds. We were lucky! Great photo ops! And yes, of course, we are and will always be very respectful of their space.
My wife loves animals and anytime she can see them in their natural environment she’s at her happiest.

Question - does anybody have an architect they have used or would recommend? If so, can you PM me their info. I think I’m gonna start on our house plans in Montana.

architects are lame - dont waste your money or your time.

i can do plans. i also have a friend who has his own drafting business and would highly recommend him. he will work with you to design the house you want and get everything on paper that you'll need to get through the city/planning/permitting

Oh, okay! I’ve never done this before so....I kind of interviewed one builder and my neighbors in Montana had some work done so they gave me their guys name. I was gonna talk to him this year when we went but that’s not gonna happen now of course. :pout: That’s when I thought I could start on my house plans since I can’t do anything else. Not to sound too stupid here, but do your plans get me through planning/permitting? Would you want to tackle something like that? Would you rather not and send me your guys name??

A little of this and a little of that.
    Good morning.

Yesterday’s rain and storms kept me inside all day. I’m ready to resume some outdoor chores today.

Stay safe and enjoy your day.

Good morning friends. It’s Monday... working from home today.

As was noted, I wouldn’t bother. They used one at work and the result was an unbuildable design. Literally, the contractor pointed out several issues that would have compromised the existing building. The architect actually told the contractor, during a meeting, “that’s for the construction company to figure out”.

Well I’m playing by the rules. The big box stores have a lot of restrictions on what you can get. However they will let you buy online, then pickup. I ordered fertilizer and grass seed yesterday morning. They are swamped with online orders, hopefully I can pick up today.

    Good Morning Folks

Now's the time to get done all the little things that have been forgotten about.
Hopefully my boredom ends later today. Back to work after 4 weeks off.
I think the boredom will continue at work.

    Be safe and stay positive.
