    I think you'll mostly like the tankless. If it's like ours, the closer the faucet/shower is to the WH, the quicker you get that hot water. There is a little more lag than you'd have with a tank set up in it hitting the kitchen and bathroom #2 because they are the furthest away, but comparing that to your cost savings makes it well worth it.

    ...and now you have an annual maintenance task for the tankless. Make sure the installers put in those flush valves.

    IT department decided it would be a good idea to upgrade everyone to Microsoft office 365 when we’re all working remotely... o_O

    Everyone is running on their work pc via remote access and a VPN. This should be fun to watch...

    Not sure if I like 365 or not (as an end user). Our IT changed us over this last year. Not sure if it was that or some of the other changes but there were a lot of new (up graded) computers brought in this year.
