Evening Kids :hattip: I am beat, yard work, lawn trimmed, mowed, blowed. Then helped the neighbor get all their lawn gear ready to go. I try to help out all my elderly neighbors, good thing I’m the young one. It amazes me how stubborn and cheap they can be. Three of my neighbors are in their 80’s, they still want to mow the grass.

I gave Coco a bandana. Just in case the cat wants her to wear a mask.

Nowadays the weekends are the same as the weeks.

I head out to the desert with friends and 4wheel, used to be heavily involved in scouts, but the boy eagled out and I did my time as a Scoutmaster. So done with that.

Now I work on the 4 year long addition on the house. Have to make sure the city inspectors are happy!

What is this weekend and fun thing you speak of?!

Give the dog a job to do, although that needs done everyday of the week all year the fall is best and easiest to do.

Good on you Jim! I suspect that retirement and limited income is part of the cause of the cheap part of the elderly. On the other hand a lot were just raised "frugal" as I was also. And likely you too, you have a good heart good on ya for helping them out.

Looking good! Give Coco a hug for me Dan, but from 6 feet away of course..

4 weeks away from getting Nova's sister that is getting rehomed and hope things work out between them. Not sure I am ready for another Toller but excited at the same time. Will depend on the 2 of them, and I just need to be the leader of the pack. And that is a lot of work, sigh.

It’s frugal, they can afford it. But they remember the bad times and what sacrifice means. I really don’t mind helping, I have heard some great stories over cocktails.

I think your going to have your hands full with Nova's sister. Hopefully Nova shows her sister who the boss is.
