    I have a gen 4 prong
    I have a 4 prong outlet.

    There is something about 2 grounds to protect the gen to the house or something..

    I have the 4 prong plug for my transfer switch like Mike but a 3 prong 30 amp for my generator. I left it that way in case I ever upgrade the generator.

    the 4 pin is 50 amp 120V x2 or 240V

    Evening folks, well off work until mid May. The company has been great at keeping us paid, its going to be weird going back. Hopefully I can get back in the swing quickly. Got the front and side yard seeded, hopefully this will fill in well. Didn’t do the back yard, ran out of seed, ain’t buying no more,$. Come on rain, it will help set the seed, and keep the birds from eating it! Stay safe people.
