    New normal lesson:

    When going to an "open house" call the selling realtor before just dropping in. Stopped to look at a house for my son and they made appointments for 15 minute intervals 2 weeks in advance and you have to bring your own realtor. Luckily this was an easy one to reject (one front corner of the house is settling and you could see cracks in the outer wall leading away from it with an ever-so-slight dip in the roof line) so we didn't have to go inside to see the rest.
