Good morning. Woke up at 5 as usual the first time but didn't get out of bed until 6, the dogs decided it was time to get me up. Great, now they are learning to gang up on me.

Haircut appointment Thursday at 5:15. Been 6 months the floor around me will look like it did when I got it cut at boot camp. But will be white hair this time. Silver. I am going to go with silver instead of white...

Glad to hear Costco lifted the meat restrictions!! Was there a week ago Friday and pick 3, any 3.

Most of it is gone now. Going to try and hit them up next week and pick up some more 5 pound packages of Nueske's bacon. At least 4 of them. I double smoke it and cook it down so that it only takes around 30 sec. in the microwave to heat it up and ready to eat.

Yeah meat prices have gone up. A lot. But got to have meat. And bacon.

2 years ago was hunting grouse in Superior National Forrest on the edge of the Boundary Waters. Nearest house was more than 25 miles away. Come back out of a Forrest road and at the intersection the google street car went by me. Covered in mud and beat up couldn't believe it was there talk about looking out of place. But never seen it again so must be he made it all the way through. Wasn't long after sunrise and just getting light out.

Even got the Taco and trailer at the parking lot at the trail head.

Was the only other vehicle seen all day. Took close to a year for the street images to show up on Google.

Good morning. Temps below 100 for the weekend. Going to hit the backyard this morning and get it picked up, grass cut. Wind was ripping pretty much all day yesterday so got 0 (zero) done outside. Knew it was coming so waited till today to clean the sand out of the grills. Got steaks and chops lined up. Going to have to use the gas grill. Out of mesquite for the fire grills. I have a stack at work but don't want it here collecting bugs and the dogs will have it scattered looking for lizards.
