    Good Morning Folks

    Happy 4th of July :oldglory:
Today is my brother Mike's birthday, so we all knew who had a birthday party every year.

I thought it was one of the better polls that I've seen on TW.
I do think the name of the person who voted for ketchup should be made public.

This is the same cheese I use when make stuff venison backstrap.:hungry:

This is video I saw saw that gave me the idea.

I haven't made the sauce yet, do want to try some time. I change up the way I do it. Sometimes the Feta cheese, I've even used Munster cheese. Also add bacon bits, onion, garlic and sometimes dill mustard. Always gets wrapped in bacon. When I take it out the oven I cover with tin foil and let it rest for a few min. Always nice and juicy. Use the juice for over garlic mashed potatoes.

Good morning All, Happy 4th / Independence Day.

Our area will actually have fireworks this year, fire danger is down due to rain this past week. It is hit and miss here when it comes to fire works. The 'Ad-A-Man' group will not be firing off on top of the Peak this year due to Covid but the Springs has stationed ten locations throughout the city and will be syncing the symphony over a channel for the display. This way people can stay home and still see fireworks.

    Be safe and enjoy

We are going to do a nice pepper corn pork loin, tater salad, Bush's Chipolte grillin beans here at home, just me and the misses our two 4 legged babies and the 4 legged gran baby Aussie named Gator...

Should be interesting, little man has never been around a Dog of extreme altitude to him... Except when he was just weeks old and played with the German Shepard puppies at the breeders house. He controlled the shepards... Gator is a big push over so we'll see how they do..

Flag is out, everything I HAD to do this morning is done..

Kristi wanted to see Arctic Circle with grandkids, just to see it. Went through Atigun Pass to northern side, then came back and spent the night in Coldfoot. We're in Chena Hot Springs now.A96F3033-A8AF-49BA-875C-1A20268CDECE.jpg
