    Just got done doing my at home physical therapy and I'm beat . Those Red therabands " resistance bands" wear me out . Along with doing flexion and extension the 45 minute exercise program helps regain the weak muscles on my l /side

    It's just a window unit, no timer or therm. It's either on or off. So leaving it running for 60 hours + non stop every weekend would be a problem

    We had window units for years and would just turn them up when we left for the day. Would come home, turn them down and go have a shower and it always felt better. By the time the wife got home, the house would be acceptable. I worked outside, so the cool down time between when I got home and she got home was always nice for me

    During the week I'm fine - open the windows at night and it gets down to the upper 60s low 70s by morning then AC on around 11 am to keep it tollerable until I can open the windows again before bed.
    But on the weekends it gets toasty in here with no one around and things locked up tight. I left at 10am Friday and got back at 6pm today. My place faces south so I'm in the sun all day. After being locked up this long it's not only a problem getting the air cooled down, I have to cool the ambient temp of EVERYTHING including the furniture down too.

    Timer maxs out at 24 hours. So I can either have it run for 24 hours then shut off or turn itself on after 24 hours then it stays on
