Funny story about LOX .. During an exercise in Italy- Aviano we are in Alarm Red me and 3 others are huddled up in the back of a TAB V simulated bunker . Age ( Aero Space Equipment ) driver with a 50 L lox cart attached drives over the simulated UXO. Inspectors see us at the bunker after stopping the Age driver and handing him his your screwed card. Come over to us and ask us why we are not helping the AGE driver as he figures we saw him drive over the bright orange Simulated UXO triangle (from 60 feet) . The E-6 with us there asked the inspector " Help Him How?" Inspector goes get him out of the vehicle haul him off for first aid blah blah blah . LOL The E-6 asked the inspector Sir " Do you know what is in that silver cart behind the vehicle" inspector turned around looked and read's of LOX so what??? The E-6 responds Sir if he hit a bomb and it went off with that cart attached to his truck there would be nothing more then a smoking hole and we would be dead too.. The inspector goes " What do you mean it is just a cart what is LOX " to which the E-6 responds slowly Liquid Oxygen sir if it exploded there would be a big hole , we would be dead, this TAB V probably would be damaged and you would need CE to fix the taxi way fast . .. LOL The inspector says " Well Sgt I will check on what you're telling me but till then go over there and get the driver and escort him to First Aid tent when the alarm is over !! He has a card to tell him what he has to say when he gets there ensure he does! LOL

We all bitch but still get up and go to work the next day well most of the time :} The newer gen would be wanting to sue and sit at home with an ice pack and heavy narcs which in my opinion they can keep . As long as I have been in my current employment I still don't and won't ever get the allure of feeling like that all the time.
