    33 years on the job.

    Well trained on what I do.
    Spent alot of time and money proving it isn't the machine.

    Told customer what the issue is, they say I Am wrong.

    I said I would get a specialist.

    They said yes, let's get someone.

    I said yes someone who knows what they are doing, and walked out.

    Customer requested a different technician.

    Oh darn.
